Our approach is always to take a long term view, and to make sure that the implementation will work at launch as well as in years to come.

There is no doubt that you know your business better than anyone else. That means that in the implementation phase, we must work with you to understand how we can best design and configure Inamon to suit your business, rather than the other way around.

That is also why Inamon is highly configurable and flexible. We don't know of two insurance companies who operate in the same way, or who want their customer facing insurance portal to look the same as the competitors.

We know that an implementation can be a challenge to any organisation, and it's often outside your expertise and comfort zone, but we can help you asses and define the best way. It may be best to phase the implementation, e.g. by product type or business area. In that way you may start getting the benefits of a new system earlier, than if you went for a full implementation from day one.

To enable long term success, we also work to transfer knowledge to your organisation, as part of the implementation process. This will ensure that the day to day operation and maintenance can be done without the need to call on our services.
